- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout but range from N 2,000 above

If you want to pay in foreign currency such as US Dollar or UK Pounds email us for a separate invoice

How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1- 3 business day (Jewelry) and 3- 5 working days (Press ons)
- Delivery times range from 1-11 business days depending on the destination.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Taxes, customs, and import duties are included in the prices and paid for before the order reaches your country, which ensures you order will not be delayed.

Please allow 1 to 5 business day for us to ship your items.

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee from the date of delivery. If, within this period, you find that your purchased item doesn't meet your expectations or if you simply change your mind, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates or documentation provided. Personalized or customized items, as well as earrings (for hygiene reasons), are exempt from this policy.

3. Easy Return/Exchange Process:

Initiating a return or exchange is simple and hassle-free:

  • Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  • Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping the Item: Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

4. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or initiate the exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

If you opt for an exchange, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative item of equal or lesser value. If the chosen item is of higher value, the difference will be charged accordingly.
